Novel fuzzy-weighted zero-inconsistency based access control model for healthcare data in blockchain environment

Abstract

With the continuous growth of medical data volume, traditional data storage and access methods find it difficult to meet current demands. To ensure secure access control of medical data, this study integrates the blockchain platform with innovative methods: the novel fuzzy weighted zero inconsistency (FWZIC) and approximation of ideal solution (TOPSIS) . It proposes a comprehensive score access control model, TFWZIC (TF-ABAC) . The model first evaluates the importance of data by calculating its composite score using FWZIC and TOPSIS, based on physicians' evaluations of the data content. Subsequently, leveraging the user's access history generates a trust value for the doctor and designs a smart contract, which is deployed on the blockchain, to control user access rights precisely. Simultaneously, the model introduces a reward mechanism, offering users corresponding rewards and punishments for different access behaviors, thereby enhancing the secure access management of medical data. Finally, simulation experiments demonstrate that the TF-ABAC model exhibits significant advantages in access control and effectively elevates the security protection level of medical data.
