Abstract

With the continuous development of medical information sharing, attention is gradually being paid to data security, data consistency, data controllability, and data accuracy. Blockchain technology is considered an effective means to solve the problem of medical information sharing due to its characteristics of decentralization, immutability, and traceability. Many blockchain-based medical information sharing solutions have emerged. This study aimed to comprehensively analyze blockchain-based medical information sharing solutions, explore their advantages, shortcomings, and challenges, provide references for future research, and promote further development and improvement of solutions in this field. The study summarized blockchain-based medical information sharing solutions with a focus on blockchain patterns, data security storage, access control strategies, and integrity verification. It analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of different solutions, compared their characteristics, and explored their effectiveness in solving the problem of medical information sharing. It proposed future research directions and development suggestions to enhance the further improvement and innovation of blockchain-based medical information sharing solutions. This research focused on blockchain-based medical information sharing solutions, covering the application of blockchain technology in medical information sharing, data security, access control, integrity verification, and other related topics. Through systematic comparison and analysis, the study discussed the strengths and challenges of current solutions, providing guidance and references for future research and practice.
