Decision-making method for multi-targets disassembly scheme considering functional reduction of parts

Abstract

To solve the problems of blurred value boundary of parts and unreasonable disassembly depth of the used product, this paper proposed a decision-making method for multi-targets disassembly scheme considering the functional reduction of parts. It established a disassembly information model through analyzing the effect of specific damage on removal tools, directions, and restraint states. Then, it proposed a residual value ranking method based on the comprehensive importance of parts in the product combined with various damage forms to the functional reduction of the contact surface of parts, and established a dynamic target parts selection model. It established an objective function including "value composition" and "cost composition" for the economy of the disassembly process. Then, it used the adaptive genetic algorithm for disassembly sequence planning, and reversely determined the recycling direction of the parts. Finally, a damaged reducer was studied as instances to obtain the optimal disassembly depth of the product and the recycling direction of each part, it fully exploited the utilization value of the parts, and verified the economics and scientificity of the proposed method.
