Abstract

The traditional medical data sharing model had the problems of inefficient access and centralized access control. Aiming at the characteristics of strong dynamism, large amounts of data and high privacy of medical data, this paper proposed a classified and hierarchical attribute access control method based on smart contract. Firstly, this method divided attributes and levels to respectively form attribute categories and resource privacy levels, and designed access control policies of different granularity according to resource levels to make the attribute configuration more reasonable, thus improving user access efficiency. Then, smart contract provided decentralized execution environment for access control and realized automatic policy judgment, which could solve the security hidden danger brought by centralized access control. Finally, the experiment proves that the scheme can effectively improve the efficiency of access control and realize the security sharing of medical data.
