Abstract

Aiming at the problem of huge time-consuming of reconstruction method based on compressed sensing, this paper proposed a sparse imaging scheme based on deep learning method from the perspective of signal recovery. First, it constructed a U-Net based on complex convolution. Secondly, it input the under-sampled signal into the network to obtain a full-sampled signal. Finally, the method used two-dimensional matched filtering algorithm of distance-dimensional pulse pressure to reconstruct the target. The experiment used the under-sampling simulation data set with different sparsity and different sampling intervals, and compared with traditional and recent signal processing methods, and used the measured data for verification. The experimental results show the algorithm has better performance in reconstruction time and the average gradient of the image.
