PSO clustering shift based geographic location indistinguishable scheme

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of attackers recognized false noise when using them to deal with statistical attacks, with the study of differential privacy protection model, this paper proposed a privacy protection method based on particle clustering and geographic location indistinguishable through real user location offset. This method could satisfy the basic requirements of the generalized differential privacy model by the way that the anonymous users in the current region, so the locations were offset respectively according to the way of particle clustering and realized the indistinguishable of geographical location. Finally, by comparing the simulation experiment with similar algorithms satisfying the generalized differential privacy models, it further confirmed the implementation efficiency and privacy security of the proposed algorithm. Therefore, it can be concluded that this method has better practical value and is easier to be deployed in the current application environment.
